Anthropomorphic tire palletizing robot

Cassioli’s anthropomorphic palletizer robots are the central element of tire palletizing cells. Each palletizing cell is equipped with a 6-axis anthropomorphic robot capable of loading two pallet stations, so while the robot is loading one pallet, an operator can pick up the other complete pallet and reposition another empty one.
The robot is equipped with a double gripper, allowing it to pick up and position two tires (of the same type) per cycle.
The robot can be fitted with different types of grippers: double grippers for rick-rack palletizing, grippers for vertical palletizing and grippers for horizontal palletizing.

The operator works in safety, as each palletizing area is segregated with automatic doors and electronic safety barriers. In addition to fences, the robot is equipped with a certified double-check safety system.
