CLS – Cart Loop System

Cassioli’s Cart Loop System (CLS) is an electrically driven machine designed and manufactured to move load units along a loop track, sunk into the floor, within an assembly line (manual or automatic workstations). Each CLS is a completely independent machine capable of completing complex tasks through a series of communications and working in a safely in an environment with a temperature of -5°C to +45°C. Cassioli Cart Loop Systems can be equipped with an anti-collision laser for higher performance shuttles or a bumper for lower performance shuttles that will immediately slow down the machine whenever an obstacle is detected in its path.
